About Combinir di Corista


Founded in Tokyo in 2005, Combinir di Corista is one of Japanese leading choral ensembles. "Combinir di Corista" was named after "convenience store", aiming to perform a wide range of repertoire for people all over Japan and the world. Combinir di Corista has performed from Gregorian Chant and motets to present age music, JAZZ, Gospel and Musical, and from Japanese music to Danish, French, and Italian music.

Combinir di Corista has actively performed many concerts nationwide every year, including annual regular concert, charity concerts, community concerts, and festivals. After holiding six charity concerts in 2011 to support and encourage the disaster victims of the Tohoku Earthquake, Combinir di Corista has continued holding charity concerts every year until now for the victims who still have a difficult time.

Combinir di Corista has won prizes at not only domestic but also internaltional choral competitions: 1st Prize at the most prestigious amateur competition in Japan, JCA National Choral Competition (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2018, 2019), Grand Prix and Audience Prize at 4th International Choir Festival of Randers (2012), Gold Prize and Prize for Best Interpretation for Compulsory pieces at 1st Tokyo International Choir Competition (2018).
